All things have been handed over to me by my Father

4 OCTOBER (Mt 11,25-30)

Jesus is a pure-hearted person, with the most holy mind and with eyes full of light. He is in a perpetual contemplation of the works of the Father. God sees and praises his acting. Men lacks this vision. His blindness is congenital. He cannot see the Lord of history. Not only when he acts in the greatestobscurity, but even when his works are manifest, obvious, because they are sensational and shocking.

Let us observe for a moment the works of Jesus which are all works of the Father in Him. Which is man’s reaction? It is of rejection, opposition, strongcontrast, denial, gossip; vain, bad and wicked word. Pharisees and scribes came even to declare them works of the devil, Satan and Beelzebub. When one comes to sin against the Holy Spirit it is a sign that in the heart does not reign the light of God, there is only the darkness of hell. Infernal darkness is the heart and in this darkness it sees and judges everything. The very of death Jesus on the cross is the result of this satanic darkness.

The man with the heart of darkness always judge the works of God from his darkness. This judgment will never fail. It will last until the advent of the new heavens and the new earth. The sent of God will always be put to martyrdom that will happen in many forms or modes, but all with one purpose: destroying the work that God wants to accomplish through its mediators of truth, grace, peace, salvation, mercy and great charity. Grin, murmuring, merciless criticism, satire, slander, perjury, betrayal, denial, infamous accusation, derision and condemnation to death: these are the ways darkness runs through in order to bring down the messengers of God.

The world of darkness must necessarily justify itself in its work, word, philosophy, psychology, superstition, idolatry, impiety, distorted and misleadingunderstanding of the very sound revelation. It cannot tolerate that an instrumental Mediator of the Lord comes and sets him before the falseness of its faith and its worship, its love and its hope, justice and mercy. It must do everything possible to bring him down, suppress, destroy and get rid of him. The world of darkness is pure, ruthless, cruel and insatiable hatred. never might  it praise, bless and exalt the Lord. Never might from its heart rise to a hymn of thanksgiving.

At that time Jesus said in reply, “I give praise to you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, for although you have hidden these things from the wise and the learned you have revealed them to the childlike. Yes, Father, such has been your gracious will. All things have been handed over to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and anyone to whom the Son wishes to reveal him. “Come to me, all you who labor and are burdened, 16 and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am meek and humble of heart; and you will find rest for your selves. For my yoke is easy, and my burden light.”

Jesus is at the same time the eternal and created light. He is the perfect light of truth, holiness, justice, mercy, wisdom and Holy Spirit understanding. From the light of his heart he sees the benevolence of the Father that gives the revelation of his mystery to the little ones andpraises, blesses, exalts, rejoices with Him and compliments him. For this event, his joy is perfect. But Jesus does not only see the Father he also sees himself in the Father. He sees himself in the fullness of truth. That is, He sees what the Father has done of Him. He constituted him the universal Mediator of revelation, grace, holiness, rest, peace, justice and mercy. The Father decided and no human mind might ever stop, prevent, impede and suppress the decision of the Most High.

Whoever wants to know God and know himself in God, might only do it through the mediation of Christ the Lord. Whoever excludes himself from it, will remain in his darkness. He will not know God in his truth of love and justice. He will not receive any rest and comfort. He will never pass into the kingdom of light. He will always remain in the world of darkness and never might he find refreshment and rest for his days. He will alwaysremain a confused person and a drifter.

Virgin Mary, Mother of the Redemption, Angels and Saints give us the truth of Jesus Christ.
